That's a large message, it's not really different from the message we were taking to China, that well-functioning financial markets are in a country's best interests,

not only theoretical reform, not only academic reform, but actual practical reform.

They've gotten on the path that allows them to do so and we'd like to see China continue on that path,

I want to press them on it, though, and let them know the importance of them moving soon.
